Project: Emergency Hotels for general homeless single men and women
Description: Develop successfully a $19M multi-year contract for 150+ unit
capacity via multiple, multi-borough NYC hotels to house homeless during a
90-180 day transition period from homeless to shelter to permanent housing.
Project: Affordable and Supportive Housing
Description: Successfully obtained funding to help build and operate 119 units and 213 untis of housing in Brooklyn.
Organization: African American Planning Commission
Project: Affordable Housing (Edwin’s Place and Glenmore Residences)
Description: Assisted in developing a 119-unit supportive/affordable project
and a 223-unit mix income building with 80% of units considered affordable
(up to 60%AMI). Developed RFPs, and provided financial/budget analysis and
creation, capital and feasibility planning, team coordination and project
management.

Project: Senior Veteran Housing and Reentry Housing
Description: Reviewed sites, and identified and successfully obtained funding
to support development of housing for senior veterans ($100,000) and housing
for people exiting prison and returning to society ($1.1M)

Description: Assisted owners and executives of large Independent Practice Association in creating a new Managed Services Organization. Developed and implemented a $300 million investment model.

Project: Mental Health Clinic
Description: Developed business case, CON, and feasibility model for a NYS Article 31 mental health clinic.
Organization: 163rd Street Improvement Council
Project: Ground-up Supportive Housing
Description: Added 45 units of supportive housing to high-need area in the Bronx.

Project: FQHC/Community Health Clinics
Description: Provided technical assistance in clinic expansion planning. Provided Look-Alike application assistance. Created two new clinics in downtown Manhattan and Broooklyn.
